How good is the 2017 Highlander Hybrid's interior heating and cooling system?

The Highlander Hybrid LE comes with front and rear air conditioning/heating along with an air filter and vents in the second and third rows. The XLE and Limited models come with a three-zone automatic climate control with an air filter and a separate control panel for the second row of seats.
