Why is the 2017 Audi A6 special?

First impressions last and the first thing that strikes you is how gorgeous this vehicle is. If there was a beauty contest for cars in its class, then the luxury sedan would be the prettiest of them all.

The A6 offers great value for money when compared to its competitors from across the world. The A6 has a superior record in safety than other sedans that cost more, and it also offers a better-refined drive and more features than most sedans which cost less than six figures.

The luxury sedan has a taut suspension that filters out errors and ensures the vehicle remains stable on the road. You also get a smooth thrust from the six-cylinder and four-cylinder engines regardless of your speed.

Does it come with anything new?

This year's A6 is not very different from 2016's version. In fact, the last time the A6 had a full redesign was back in 2012. It is therefore quite impressive that it still maintains an international appeal to its consumers from all over the world. The lovers of this sedan cannot get enough of the classic Audi styling, the right balance of efficient power, modern interior design, and amazing ride refinement.

Although not much has changed, the 2017 Audi A6 comes with some improvements. The 3.0T Competition model has unique leather upholstery, sharper handling, and a stronger engine. The A6 comes with improved entertainment and Smartphone interfaces, more wheel choices and fresh styling treatments.

Can anyone drive this sedan?

Shopping for a car is similar to buying a house, it should be the right size, have the right features, and it should match with your personality. This is a beautiful car, but it might not match with some people's requirements.

The A6 might be too expensive for some people, or they might not comprehend the technology it comes with. In this case, it is advisable to choose the more conservative BMW 5 Series that still has features and power that can compete with the A6; it's also less sporty and trendy.

You can also consider the luxurious Lexus GS 350, and hybrid GS 450h or the sporty and aggressive Mercedes-Benz E-Class; it oozes elegance and has been upgraded for 2017. Another good choice is the uniquely styled Cadillac CTS.

What about the engine?

Am I assured of safety?

The A6 comes with parking sensors, antilock disc brakes, blind-spot monitors, head-up display, a rearview camera, lane keeping assist and night vision that identifies more animals. It has a low beltline and big glass which ensures proper forward vision.
